Life can bring unexpected challenges whether it’s work stress, relationship difficulties, health worries, or just a constant sense that something isn’t quite right. You might find yourself overthinking, feeling on edge, avoiding situations, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected and what’s keeping you stuck.

Rather than just talking about problems, CBT focuses on helping you in a structured, goal oriented way.

It’s an active, collaborative process where we work together to develop strategies you can use in your day-to-day life, not just in sessions.
